ONBHL is a special purpose vehicle of Oriental InfraTrust. Oriental InfraTrust is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as an infrastructure investment trust under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014.
