Oriental Nagpur Betul Highway Limited (ONBHL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of Oriental Infratrust and is engaged in the Operation and Maintenance of 4-Lanning of Nagpur-Betul Highway Construction. Oriental Infratrust was registered as an Infrastructure Investment Trust under the SEBI InvIT Regulations on March 26, 2019, having registration number IN/InvIT/18-19/0011.

Corporate Information: ONBHL was incorporated on June 4, 2010, under the Companies Act, 1956, having CINU45400DL2010PLC203649.

Its registered office is situated at OSE Commercial Block, Hotel ALOFT, Asset 5B, Aerocity, Hospitality District, IGI Airport, New Delhi - 110037. The Nagpur Betul Project: an approximately 175 km section of NH-69 between Nagpur and Betul in Madhya Pradesh, which is owned and operated by Oriental Nagpur Betul Highway Private Limited(“ONBHL”).

The Trust acquired 100.00% of the Equity Shares of ONBHL and the Company is wholly owned subsidiary of Oriental Infratrust.
